Job summary

Ally is seeking an Executive Partner to be the operational backbone that keeps founder workflows running—maintaining records, tracking data, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

You'll work with business leaders, manage critical information across Slack, Notion, and Email, and keep systems clean and up to date. This fully remote role, aligned with Asia Time Zone, offers growth with global founders and the chance to impact multiple brands.

Qualifications

• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Organized and systems-oriented with ability to build dashboards and SOPs.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ownership mindset, able to act with judgment under ambiguity.
• Curiosity about AI and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records and manage information flow across tools.
• Keep databases, trackers, and records accurate and up to date.
• Ensure projects and deadlines move smoothly.
• Enter, clean, and organize data across spreadsheets and Notion.
• Build simple, reliable systems in Notion or Google Sheets.
• Run clear weekly updates, briefs, and follow-ups.
• Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive work.
• Anticipate founder needs and focus on high-impact tasks.
