Job summary

Moonlight Staffing is seeking an Executive Partner to be the strategic right hand to a US-based founder or CEO, ensuring proactive support and thoughtful decision-making. This role is not about task execution; it’s a seat at the table, shaping outcomes and protecting time for high-impact initiatives.

You will own the calendar, manage communications, prepare executive-ready reports, and coordinate cross-functionally across personal and business priorities, with global, remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting a founder/CEO or C-suite executive.
• End-to-end ownership of inbox, calendar, CRM, and client comms.
• Proven ability to represent an exec externally on calls or meetings.
• Strong system for triage and prioritization.
• Proven track record of moving up the value chain.

Responsibilities

• Strategic calendar and inbox management.
• Executive-ready research, reports, and presentations.
• Cross-functional coordination across the exec's priorities.
• Travel, logistics, and meeting coordination with zero dropped balls.
• Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and first point of contact.
• Spot opportunities to improve the exec's life and business.
