Job summary

RemoteVA is seeking an Executive Assistant to manage and process customer orders through Amazon Seller Central, ensuring accurate and on-time shipping. The role requires organization, independence, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

You will handle order processing, monitor status, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain records while providing general admin support. This is a remote position with standard Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and order processing.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Process and ship customer orders using Amazon Seller Central.
• Monitor daily order status and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding order updates and shipping issues.
• Maintain accurate order records and documentation.
• Provide general administrative and executive support as needed.
• Assist with other operational tasks assigned by management.
