DiXiO is hiring a Business Development Associate to drive deal generation and support the closing phase of the sales cycle, working closely with a Business Development Manager (BDM).

In this role, you will identify and create new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships, monitor market changes, and assist in proposals, contracts, and negotiations. We offer a fully remote setup to maximize flexibility and growth.

Formación

• Ambitious, curious, innovative, and a team player.
• Fluent in English.
• Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• 2–4 years of experience in a B2B environment, preferably in sales or business development of SAS solutions.
• Proficiency in using HubSpot to manage sales processes and customer relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and create new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships.
• Monitor and assess market changes, competition, and client needs to effectively target opportunities.
• Assist the BDM in preparing proposals, contracts, and negotiation strategies, while actively participating in the follow-up phase to ensure successful deal closures.
• Work with DiXiO teams to coordinate submissions, approvals, and payments.
