Job summary

D2B is seeking a commercially sharp Business Development Manager to drive pipeline, conduct live Zoom demos, and close AI subscription deals on a remote basis. You will own end-to-end outbound and inbound prospecting, qualify leads, and book demonstrations for SMB owners, solopreneurs, and service-based businesses.

You'll work primarily in GoHighLevel with Zoom, maintain clean CRM records, forecast pipeline, and ensure rapid onboarding through a strong handover to customer success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B or B2C high-ticket sales or business development.
• Full-funnel capability: prospect, discovery, and close.
• Excellent verbal and written English; strong Zoom presence.
• CRM proficiency; GoHighLevel experience preferred.
• Structured, ethical, calendar-driven execution with strong discipline.

Responsibilities

• Generate pipeline via outbound and inbound channels; multi-channel outreach.
• Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and identify decision-makers.
• Conduct live Zoom demos and close deals using approved pricing.
• Maintain flawless CRM records and provide pipeline forecasts.
