Job summary

DiXiO is seeking a Business Development Associate to work with our Business Development Manager to drive deal generation and support the closing phase of the sales cycle. You will identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships, monitor market trends, and help prepare proposals, contracts, and negotiation strategies while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely submissions and payments.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a B2B environment, preferably in sales or business development of SaaS solutions.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and teamwork.
• Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• Proficiency in HubSpot for managing sales processes and CRM.
• Ambitious, curious, innovative, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Identify and create new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
• Monitor market changes, competition, and client needs to target opportunities.
• Assist the BDM in preparing proposals, contracts, and negotiation strategies.
• Coordinate submissions, approvals, and payments with DiXiO teams.
• Support the closing phase of the sales cycle.
