Job summary

• 2–3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, ideally within B2B SaaS.
• Native-level proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience owning a portfolio and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 25–35 hotel accounts and serve as the trusted advisor for success on the platform.
• Act as a strategic partner to improve digital guest experience and boost direct bookings.
• Use platform data to demonstrate value and drive action for clients.
• Manage renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and lead renewal conversations.
• Build real relationships across hotel teams and internal stakeholders.
• Share best practices, train clients, and advocate for customer-led growth.
• Represent Triptease to clients at events and in communities.
