Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Sr. Customer Success Manager based in Spain to lead enterprise customer journeys from onboarding through adoption, retention, and value realization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing enterprise customer relationships in CS, AD/solutions consulting, or similar roles.
• Experience with complex enterprise orgs and executives (VPs/C-suite).
• Strong executive presence for strategic customer conversations (QBRs/EBRs).
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Clear communication of technical concepts in business terms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer journey from onboarding to value realization.
• Build trusted relationships across enterprise stakeholders including engineers, data and product teams, and executives.
• Translate objectives into shared success plans and measurable outcomes.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and Executive Business Reviews with data-driven recommendations.
• Identify risks and blockers, escalate with urgency and clarity.
• Advocate for customer needs while balancing engineering involvement and priorities.
• Provide proactive recommendations using insights, data, and best practices.
