Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Sales, Professional Services or Account Management.
• SaaS experience is a must.
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Account Management and Growth: proactively manage and expand relationships to drive adoption of Prezent's solutions.
• Oversee a growing portfolio of client accounts and understand their business goals.
• Partner with Sales to achieve high retention and identify upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product to track feedback and address improvement requests.
