You will handle inquiries across channels, troubleshoot, and guide users toward effective solutions while collaborating with teams across product, engineering, and operations.

You will read API docs, work with SQL, and translate customer needs into actionable outcomes in a fast-growing tech environment. This role emphasizes ownership, learning, and customer excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Technical background from work, education, or both.
• Working knowledge of SQL and foundational topics.
• Ability to read API documentation and understand SaaS integrations.
• Strong discovery, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain tech clearly.
• Curiosity, humility, and willingness to learn from others.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and manage ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Support customers across messaging, Slack, phone, and email with timely, effective answers.
• Help users maximize value by understanding needs and guiding to solutions.
• Read API docs and troubleshoot integrations with common SaaS systems.
• Work with customer data and understand data-driven SaaS concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and improve UX.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest scalable improvements.
• Take initiative on projects and priorities in a fast-growing org.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
• Share knowledge and foster a culture of learning and collaboration.
