Job summary

TalentPop App is building a dedicated team of Executive Assistants and seeks an Executive Assistant Training Specialist to train, coach, and support EA talent from day one. This fully remote, permanent role is based in the Philippines.

You will host Zoom training, onboard new hires, evaluate performance, and develop materials to empower EAs in calendar, email, travel, and project management. Strong coaching and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of training experience.
• Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant preferred.
• Hands-on in 2–3 core EA functions (calendar, email, travel, or project management).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Calendar, Gmail/Outlook, Notion, Canva, Trainual, or Loom.
• Reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Host training classes via Zoom, with camera-on participation for 50-70% of your shift.
• Train new hires on our policies, tools, software, and role expectations.
• Run onboarding training, assessments, and performance evaluations.
• Provide one-on-one and group coaching on Calendar Management, Email Management, Travel Management, Project Management, and Executive Client Support.
• Work with Team Leads to evaluate trainee performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Create and update training materials, resources, and training plans.
