Job summary

Magic is seeking a Training Specialist to run daily virtual training sessions and assess trainee readiness for US client work. You will design simulations, coach on communication, and drive improvements with the Training team.

The role is full-time and remote in the Philippines, with a demanding schedule and a focus on producing capable Executive Assistants able to engage clients confidently.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of virtual training experience with a proven track record of success.
• 1+ recent year working as a VA/EA with US clients.
• Working knowledge of Google Suite, Discord, and Slack for delivery, coordination, and documentation

Responsibilities

• Lead daily trainer-led virtual sessions for each assigned batch, keeping training documentation accurate and current.
• Run rubric-based assessments at each stage, and resolve trainee questions on the spot.
• Synthesize checkpoints, mock performance, and facilitation notes into a single readiness read per trainee; coach on presentation and communication.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Training Manager to design fixes and improvements to content, structure, and delivery.
• Coordinate progress reporting and onboarding of new team members when needed.
