Job summary

HireHawk Inc. is seeking an experienced E-commerce Recruiter to partner with U.S.-based companies, sourcing and placing top talent for digital commerce roles. You will own the full lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure, working remotely with a PST overlap.

The role requires 3–5 years’ experience in e-commerce recruiting, familiarity with roles across marketing, operations, product, and tech, and strong English communication. Contractor, full-time, remote.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience recruiting e-commerce or digital business roles for U.S.-based companies.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce roles such as E-commerce Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, CRM Specialist, Marketplace Manager, UX/UI, Product or Operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and clients simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Workable preferred) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (Spanish a plus).
• Availability to work full-time aligned with U.S. business hours (PST overlap).

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit e-commerce professionals for U.S.-based companies.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake to offer closure.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable.
• Develop sourcing strategies for various e-commerce roles.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess technical skills and fit.
• Coordinate onboarding with People & Compliance teams.
• Track recruitment metrics and report progress.
