Job summary

Remote Raven is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for office, administrative, and remote-eligible roles across the organization. This role works closely with hiring managers and our talent sourcer to move qualified candidates through the pipeline—from application review through offer issuance and onboarding.

Compliance is non-negotiable: you will apply US employment law and EEO-compliant interviewing practices, conduct independent phone screens, and maintain

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience including screening and coordination.
• Deep knowledge of US employment law and EEO-compliant interviewing practices.
• Excellent spoken and written English for US-based candidates.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system with accurate data entry.
• Ability to work overlapping Arizona business hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and disposition incoming applications across all requisitions
• Keep candidate records accurate and current in the ATS with documented actions
• Evaluate candidates handed off by the talent sourcer and maintain standards
• Manage requisition tracking and report pipeline status, time-to-fill, and conversions
• Conduct independent phone screens and document results for each candidate
• Coordinate interviews and provide managers with summaries and comparisons
• Respond promptly to requests for candidate information and updates
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and communicate professionally
• Prepare and issue offer letters and coordinate pre-employment steps
• Apply US employment law and EEO practices and flag compliance concerns
