Job summary

HireHawk is seeking a Growth Marketing Leader to design and drive a scalable growth strategy focused on staffing and RPO opportunities. This remote, full-time role requires building pipelines and revenue through multi-channel demand generation and strategic partnerships.

You will own key metrics, lead cross-functional teams, and partner with sales to optimize conversion across the funnel. The position offers high impact, remote flexibility, and a culture of performance.

Qualifications

8+ years of growth marketing experience.
Proven experience in staffing agencies, recruitment firms, or RPO companies.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing and long sales cycles.
Experience managing paid acquisition campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
Experience building demand generation engines.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets.
Drive qualified lead generation for staffing/BPO services.
Build multi-channel acquisition strategies (paid media, outbound, inbound, partnerships, content, SEO).
Optimize funnel performance from lead generation to client acquisition.
Own growth KPIs including CAC, CPL, pipeline value, and revenue contribution.
Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize ROI.
