The role focuses on owning the order-to-delivery pipeline, customer operations, and coordinating a small remote team. The ideal candidate has hands-on Shopify experience in B2B e-commerce, strong logistics planning, and a proven ability to optimize processes in a fast-paced remote setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Shopify operations experience.
• B2B e-commerce environments experience (bulk/orders).
• Proven ability to manage fulfillment coordination and logistics.
• Experience managing customer operations and post-purchase workflows.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience leading remote/offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Shopify store operations end-to-end.
• Oversee the full order lifecycle from intake to delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, production, and fulfillment partners.
• Lead and manage a small remote/offshore team.
• Implement and optimize operational processes and workflows.
• Ensure order accuracy, delivery timelines and customer satisfaction.
• Support cross-functional initiatives to scale operations.
