Job summary

Element Ops is hiring its first dedicated Dispatcher to oversee day-to-day dispatch for a network of autonomous vehicles and food-delivery robots across U.S. markets.

You’ll own live fleet monitoring, coordinate with field teams, troubleshoot issues, and help build scalable dispatch workflows for growth. Prior U.S. remote operations experience is a strong plus and you’ll closely collaborate with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dispatch, logistics, or fast-moving operations experience.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based operations remotely is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and quick decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fleet activity across platforms and markets and track delivery status.
• Own operational issues and escalate or resolve in real time.
• Coordinate with field operators and customers to confirm locations and needs.
• Document incidents, actions taken, and patterns for workflow improvements.
• Develop dispatch procedures and escalation paths as the operation scales.
• Work across Slack, dashboards, and internal tools to build context quickly.
