Job summary

SuperStaff is seeking a highly detail-oriented Regional Operations Specialist to support a major client, ensuring drivers are prepared with complete back-office documentation before assignments.

You will coordinate with field ops, drivers, and account managers, provide SMS updates, and resolve driver issues while maintaining accurate paperwork and milestones. Initial onsite 2 months, then hybrid work setup.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key liaison between internal teams: field operations, drivers, and account management.
• Coordinate via text and SMS communication with drivers to ensure alignment with schedules and expectations.
• Handle calls for internal communication only—no direct customer interaction.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to address driver-related issues proactively.
• Review and update paperwork for accuracy, completeness, and client alignment.
• Monitor driver activity to ensure accurate milestone marking for each order.
• Add and track order milestones in the system to maintain visibility and accountability.
• Anticipate gaps by reviewing orders in advance and requesting missing information.
• Ensure drivers have all necessary documents and instructions before assignments.
• Maintain up-to-date records to support reporting and performance reviews.
