SuperStaff is seeking a Regional Operations Specialist to support one of our largest clients. The role focuses on internal coordination, ensuring drivers are prepared with all documents and instructions for each assignment.

You will liaise between field operations, drivers, and accounts, managing schedules and milestones while maintaining accurate records. Remote-ready with onsite initiation for two months, then hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Extreme attention to detail with minimal errors.
• Strong written SMS/text updates.
• Dependable, highly organized with proactive mindset.
• Experience or interest in logistics, dispatch, or back-office coordination.
• Able to learn new software quickly and follow processes.
• Self-motivated and capable of working remotely.
• Excellent time management across multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between field operations, drivers, and account management.
• Coordinate with drivers via SMS to align schedules and expectations.
• Handle internal calls only, no direct customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to address driver-related issues.
• Review and update paperwork for accuracy and client alignment.
• Monitor driver activity and milestone marking for orders.
