Job summary

Insight is seeking an IT Dispatcher to support a 24/7 operation and ensure timely execution of tasks by field technicians. You will monitor client queues, respond to requests, confirm technician schedules, and coordinate logistics with stakeholders while maintaining data integrity in the system.

You will work with the Services Manager and Operations/Shift Leads, handling end of shift handoff reports and escalating priority issues when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Studies, Business, or related field required.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance/project groups of MSC.
• Monitors client queues from various inbound touchpoints.
• Responds to client requests.
• Confirms schedules of dispatched technicians.
• Coordinates logistics with stakeholders.
• Support Inbound and Outbound Call queues
• Escalates priority issues based on guidelines.
• Tracks and updates open requests.
• Creates end of shift handoff report.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Reports directly to Operations/Shift Leads.
