Key Responsibilities

• Track shipments and deliveries in real time using a delivery management platform

• Assign delivery tasks to drivers and keep an eye on progress throughout each shift

• Check in with drivers to confirm that deliveries have been completed

• Check incoming orders for duplicates and sort out double-order issues

• Coordinate communication between the call center, drivers, and customers

• Flag and troubleshoot delivery delays or issues as they arise

• Keep accurate, up-to-date records of order and delivery status

• Hold clear, responsive communication with all parties throughout the shift

Mandatory Skills
