Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Dispatcher/Coordinator or similar operational role (preferably remote).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in scheduling or CRM software (ServiceTitan, Jobber, Service Fusion, ServiceTrade or equivalent).
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch field technicians, drivers, or service teams based on job priorities, availability, routes, and location.
• Monitor job progress and update schedules as needed to address delays or urgent requests.
• Communicate effectively with customers, field staff, and management via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Record and maintain accurate job details, work orders, and customer information in the company’s system (e.g., ServiceTitan, Salesforce, or similar).
• Track and report daily operational metrics, including completed jobs and outstanding tasks.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely status updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize routes, resource allocation, and service quality.
• Escalate operational issues or conflicts to supervisors when necessary.
