• Proficient with messaging tools such as WhatsApp.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable and able to work independently.
• Fluent English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Track shipments and deliveries in real time using a delivery management platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Track shipments and deliveries in real time using a delivery management platform




• Assign delivery tasks to drivers and keep an eye on progress throughout each shift




• Reach out to drivers to confirm that deliveries have been completed




• Check incoming orders for duplicates and sort out double-order issues




• Coordinate communication between the call center, drivers, and customers




• Flag and troubleshoot delivery delays or issues as they come up




• Keep accurate, up-to-date records of order and delivery status




• Hold clear, responsive communication with all parties throughout the shift

Mandatory Skills
