Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, logistics, or delivery coordination.
• Willingness to work a fixed overnight/early-morning shift.
• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving instincts.
• Familiarity with delivery management software and VoIP/phone systems (e.g., Dialpad).
• Proficient in real-time coordination via messaging tools (e.g., WhatsApp).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Track shipments and deliveries in real time using a delivery management platform.
• Assign delivery tasks to drivers and monitor progress during each shift.
• Reach out to drivers to confirm completions.
• Check incoming orders for duplicates and resolve double-order issues.
• Coordinate communication between the call center, drivers, and customers.
• Flag and troubleshoot delays or issues as they arise.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of order and delivery status.
• Maintain clear, responsive communication with all parties throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track shipments and deliveries in real time using a delivery management platform
• Assign delivery tasks to drivers and keep tabs on progress throughout each shift
• Reach out to drivers to confirm that deliveries have been completed
• Check incoming orders for duplicates and sort out double-order issues
• Coordinate communication between the call center, drivers, and customers
• Flag and troubleshoot delivery delays or issues as they crop up
• Keep accurate, up-to-date records of order and delivery status
• Hold clear, responsive communication with all parties throughout the shift

Mandatory Skills:
