Job summary

Remote Employee BPO is seeking a Customer Support Representative (Dispatch Commercial & Industrial) to manage day-to-day scheduling and dispatching of crews and equipment from a home-based setup in the Philippines. You will liaise with field teams and clients to ensure timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Windows apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Relaying work orders and messages to field crews and supervisors.
• Communicating with customers to resolve service requests and issues.
• Preparing daily schedules and dispatch plans.
• Generating and processing work orders from crews or customers.
• Collaborating with external clients to maintain service levels and resolve escalations.
• Maintaining knowledge of call center metrics and procedures.
• Serving as communications lead within assigned territories.
• Providing proactive solutions to ensure smooth call center operations.
• Participating in team meetings and promoting best practices.
