Job summary

Origo BPO Pty in the Philippines is seeking a Service Dispatcher to coordinate service requests and dispatch technicians, ensuring timely, accurate work orders and high customer satisfaction. You will work closely with field teams, warranty and parts, and use service management software to track jobs from intake to completion.

The role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure, while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in dispatch, scheduling or field service coordination.
• Excellent communication and strong English skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in dispatch or service management software (e.g., ServiceTitan, FieldEdge).
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and make quick decisions under pressure.
• Working knowledge of geography/routing principles to support efficient technician scheduling.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to de-escalate and resolve concerns professionally.
• Ability to collaborate across departments, including Warranty and Parts.

Responsibilities

• Service Request Intake: monitors and records customer details, issue descriptions, and priority levels in the service management system.
• Technician Dispatching: assigns requests based on urgency, customer type, skill set, and location; communicates details and required parts before dispatch.
• Communication & Coordination: maintains real-time updates with technicians and informs customers of status and ETA.
• Work Order Management: ensures proper check-in/out and reviews completed orders before billing or follow-up.
• Warranty & Parts Coordination: confirms part availability and any warranty needs before dispatch.
• Customer & Technician Relations: builds relationships to enhance service satisfaction and supports technicians with needed information.
• Performance & Compliance: monitors KPIs like response time and dispatch efficiency to meet targets.
• Escalations to Onshore Leadership: escalates exceptions or emergencies as per process.
