The role emphasizes building lasting customer relationships, working with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring accurate records across systems. Remote, full-time with graveyard/overnight Philippine time aligning to US hours.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration or related field.
• Strong English communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Experience in order management or customer support is a plus.
• Ability to work graveyard/overnight shifts aligned with US hours.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders and manage end-to-end process until delivery.
• Update changes in order status with suppliers, reps, and clients.
• Build relationships with customer accounts through clear communication.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve order issues.
• Verify production proof approvals and document status in systems.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Document all order-related activities in internal software and update status.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.
