GoLean Health is seeking a highly organized Virtual Assistant to support a family entertainment business with customer service, sales follow-up, community outreach, marketing execution, and day-to-day remote operations.

This role requires ownership of recurring responsibilities, proactive problem solving, and the ability to work independently without daily guidance. You will handle inquiries for parties, memberships, and events, while building partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly via calls, emails, voicemails, and online inquiries.
• Assist customers with questions about parties, memberships, admissions, and schedules.
• Follow up on inquiries to convert interest into bookings.
• Maintain consistent communication and accurate information across contacts.
• Elevate complaints or concerns to management when needed.
• Maintain CRM records, opportunities, notes, and follow-up dates.
• Nurture leads and track pipeline progress until booked or closed.
• Support outreach to schools, clubs, and community partners.
• Manage email campaigns, content calendar, and social posts.
• Assist with scheduling, onboarding, and vendor communications.
• Maintain trackers, templates, and SOPs for recurring processes.
