Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or internet per client requirements.
• Provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems.
• Meet contractual KPIs and maintain accurate records in call tracking systems.
• Clarify requirements, ask questions, and use resources to resolve inquiries.
• Demonstrate empathy and build rapport with customers.
• Greet customers professionally and maintain courteous interactions.
• Stay knowledgeable about client products and services.
• Preserve accurate notes and participate in customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Offer additional products and/or services where appropriate.
