Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Customer Support Associate I for a work-from-home role based in the Philippines. You will handle inbound/outbound calls or online inquiries, deliver friendly service, and resolve routine problems for our clients’ products or services.

You will maintain product knowledge, document interactions, and strive to exceed KPIs while offering additional solutions. You’ll work in a fast-paced team, with flexible shifts and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
Strong customer service orientation and courteous demeanor.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong PC/navigation skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly.
Team player who can also work independently.
Ability to handle repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Meet contractual KPIs for customer service.
Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding and use tools to resolve issues.
Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; show empathy and build rapport.
Greet customers in a courteous, professional manner per procedures.
Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services.
Prepare complete and accurate work including proper account notation.
Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
Offer additional products and/or services.
Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database.
Respond to inquiries by referring to published materials or senior staff.
