Job summary
Multiply Mii is seeking a proactive Customer Support / Executive Assistant to support leadership and own customer inquiries, orders, refunds, and shipping concerns. You will review AI responses, ensure accuracy, and take ownership of tasks to keep the team moving.
The role blends customer-facing duties with behind-the-scenes operations, offering variety, autonomy, and growth in a fast-paced startup environment.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer support, executive assistance, operations, or similar roles.
- Experience with 3PLs, shipping, fulfillment, or order management.
- Experience with wholesale or retail orders and marketplaces (Amazon).
- Strong written and verbal English communication; proactive ownership.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support customer inquiries, orders, refunds, and shipping concerns; review AI responses for accuracy.
- Coordinate with 3PLs, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Handle wholesale and retail orders and create/QA invoices and documents.
- Provide day-to-day admin support to leadership; track action items and meetings.
- Assist with emails, Slack, and other communications; help move projects forward.
