Job summary

Multiply Mii is seeking a Customer Success and Support Representative to own post-sale relationships for a US-based client. You’ll handle inbound calls and emails, process same-day orders, and resolve warranty issues.

You’ll perform proactive outreach to onboard new accounts and win back lapsed ones, ensuring customers can reorder and remain active. The role requires strong phone skills, detail-orientation, and US-market familiarity.

Qualifications

• Proven night-shift tenure on fixed US-hours schedule.
• Outbound calling experience in retention, renewals, or follow-ups.
• US customer service experience with order entry.
• Tested spoken English over the phone with professional presence.
• Home office with reliable internet and quiet space for calls.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding calls to new commercial accounts 10–15 days after shipment.
• Reactivate or win back lapsed accounts through targeted outreach.
• Handle collections or failed payments and escalate as per process.
• Log every call outcome and reason in HubSpot with meticulous notes.
• Surface opportunities and hand larger deals to sales with good notes.
• Answer inbound calls, triage voicemails, and route to the right team.
• Enter all orders the same day from various channels and route in Extensiv.
• Close out the day with shipments confirmation and PDF invoices.
• Resolve warranty and quality issues by phone and email.
• Follow up on delayed/misshipped orders and coordinate with 3PL.
