Job summary

MultiplyMii is seeking an Executive Sales Assistant to support a fast-moving sales team from a remote Philippines location. You will ruthlessly protect the time of Account Executives, manage CRM and pipeline, and coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Logistics to push deals forward.

You’ll draft proposals, map solutions, and ensure smooth handoffs to Customer Success, maintaining deal integrity and fast execution across the post-sale lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in fast-paced sales support or deal desk roles.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, tech, or complex hardware/software with long sales cycles.
• Expert-level HubSpot CRM proficiency.
• Experience drafting complex proposals, SOWs, or quotes.
• Excellent English communication across departments and with clients.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Deal Orchestration.
• Own open deals pipeline; coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Logistics to secure approvals and push contracts forward.
• Intercept internal questions so the AEs aren't distracted by non-sales pings.
• Draft initial drafts for proposals, and RFQs based on AE guidance. Perform initial solution design and device mapping.
• Manage the 'Closed Won' process; ensure documentation and context are handed over to Customer Success.
