Job summary

Multiply Mii, a mission-driven team in healthy building tech, is seeking an Executive Sales Assistant to support the sales organization from the Philippines (remote). You will ruthlessly protect the Account Executives' time by managing the sales cycle, coordinating with Legal, Finance and Logistics, and ensuring deals move smoothly toward closure.

This role requires 3–5 years in fast-paced sales support or deal desk, strong English communication, HubSpot CRM expertise, and proven proposal

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a fast‑paced sales support, deal desk, sales operations, or complex coordination role.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS, tech, or complex hardware/software company with long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Deal Orchestration: act as the primary project manager for all open deals, coordinating with Legal, Finance and Logistics.
• Intercept internal questions from other departments so AEs aren’t distracted by non-sales pings.
• Draft initial drafts for proposals and RFQs; perform solution design and device mapping.
• Manage the Closed Won process; hand over documentation and client context to Customer Success.
• CRM & Pipeline Integrity: maintain 100% accurate deal information including stages, close dates, and PO numbers.
• Log discovery notes, map stakeholders, and document follow-ups within 24 hours of AE meetings.
• Administrative leverage & process optimization: manage scheduling, document routing, and tracking.
• Identify bottlenecks and help build a library of reusable sales assets with Head of Enablement.
