REMOTE STAFF, INC. is seeking a Remote Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator to back our Australian wholesale homewares business.

Based in the Philippines, you will be the key contact for customers, sales reps, and internal teams, handling inquiries, orders, and administrative tasks. You should have excellent written and spoken English, strong attention to detail, and experience working remotely for Australian or international businesses.

Qualifications

2–3 years' experience in Customer Service, Sales Support or Order Processing.
Experience working remotely for Australian or international business.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook; ERP/CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via email and telephone.
Assist customers with product, pricing, stock availability, order and delivery enquiries.
Follow up outstanding customer requests and ensure issues are resolved.
Process returns, credits, damaged goods and claims in accordance with company procedures.
Maintain accurate customer records and communication notes in ERP/CRM.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to Account Managers and Sales Agents.
