Job summary

Outsourced is seeking a Customer Care Team Member to join our remote-backed sales support team in the Philippines. You will support the sales cycle from quote to delivery, handling registrations, quotes, orders, and invoicing while keeping CRM data accurate.

You will communicate with dealers, monitor orders, and coordinate with internal teams. The role requires 3+ years in sales support, strong communication, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales or sales support experience.
• Experience with CRM systems and data entry.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
• Customer-first mindset with proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the sales team.
• Process project registrations and quotation requests accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Process purchase orders and generate sales orders and invoices.
• Communicate with dealers regarding order status, ETAs, and deliveries.
• Monitor orders and proactively resolve issues.
• Collaborate with team members and provide backup support as needed.
• Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned.
