Work Life Safety Systems is hiring a remote Customer Service Officer in the Philippines to support Australian B2B clients. You will handle client inquiries, set appointments, and prepare documents while maintaining CRM records and assisting customers using our SaaS tools.

You will work with a professional Australian team, using Microsoft 365 apps and HubSpot, and follow clear processes with opportunities for growth into senior CSO or team lead roles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or related fields.
• Experience with B2B/SaaS or Australian/international clients is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Responding to Australian client enquiries by email, phone, and online meetings.
• Booking appointments, service visits, follow-ups, and client meetings.
• Writing clear and professional client emails.
• Preparing and formatting documents using Microsoft Word.
• Maintaining spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Preparing basic presentations or client material using PowerPoint.
• Updating client records in HubSpot CRM.
• Supporting clients using SaaS/software systems.
• Following internal workflows and service processes.
• Using AI tools to assist drafting, organizing, or improving work.
