Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Log and document interactions accurately in the CRM and back-office systems.
• Coordinate with Sales, Training, and Admin teams to resolve issues.
• Support back-office tasks such as issuing SOA and updating client records.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest service improvements.
