Outsourced is seeking a Customer Care Team Member to support the sales process from quote to delivery. You will track sales activity, prepare quotes, process orders, and communicate with customers and internal teams in a fast-paced environment that values accuracy and proactive problem-solving.

The role emphasizes a customer-first mindset, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, with a homebased/remote work setup and a schedule aligned to the Philippines time zone.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inside sales and/or sales support.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Interest in technology is an asset.
• Bilingualism (English/French).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the sales team.
• Process project registrations and quotation requests accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Process purchase orders and generate sales orders and invoices.
• Communicate with dealers regarding order status, ETAs, and deliveries.
• Monitor orders and proactively resolve issues.
• Collaborate with team members and provide backup support as needed.
• Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned.
