OutsourcedIn seeks an experienced Customer Service Admin to support an Australia-based B2B client remotely. You will manage customer inquiries, process orders, and assist with accounts and collections while ensuring accurate records in CRM/ERP systems.

The role requires excellent communication, high attention to detail, and the ability to work across sales, logistics, and finance teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years customer service or admin experience supporting Australia B2B clients (mandatory)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident handling escalations and difficult enquiries
• Familiar working with CRM/ERP platforms and Microsoft Office
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
• Ability to multitask and follow up proactively
• High accuracy in data entry and documentation

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat for AU B2B clients
• Process orders, quotes, and service tickets with accuracy
• Support accounts & collections tasks including invoice clarifications
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and logistics for timely updates
• Maintain organised digital files and follow internal SOPs for compliance
