Job summary

Yempo Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a dayshift position in the Philippines. You may work from home or in the office, choosing the environment that suits you best.

The role involves daily invoicing, order confirmations, entry from drawings, and responding to customer inquiries via the shared inbox. Ideal candidates have good English communication, experience in customer service and order entry, and familiarity with Xero or EDI.

Key Responsibilities
