The role involves daily invoicing, order confirmations, entry from drawings, and responding to customer inquiries via the shared inbox. Ideal candidates have good English communication, experience in customer service and order entry, and familiarity with Xero or EDI.

Qualifications

• Good English communication skills.

• Experience with Xero and/or EDI is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage customer enquiries and order requests via email.

Responsibilities

• Daily invoicing and Xero exporting.
• Daily order confirmations emailed to clients.
• Order importing from EDI sites.
• Order entry from customer drawings.
• Manual order entry from customer emails.
• Respond to customer enquiries received through the shared sales inbox.
• Comply with the Organization's ISMS policies and guidelines.
