Boomering Inc. in Angeles City, Philippines is hiring a Junior Accountant to join our permanent work-from-home finance team. The role focuses on processing supplier invoices in Xero, reconciliations, and month-end support, with a salary package of Php 55,000-70,000.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of accounting experience, expert Xero skills, and strong English communication. This full-time position follows UAE time and a Mon-Fri schedule, with remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years' experience in accounting or a similar finance role.
• Expert-level Xero experience is essential.
• Strong experience with invoice processing and bank reconciliations.
• Experience preparing or setting up supplier payments.
• Knowledge of journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end processes.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working independently and meeting recurring deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently in Xero.
• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and set up payments for approval.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
• Support the month-end close process as required.
• Assist with balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare and post journals where required.
• Maintain supporting documentation for financial transactions and reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate recurring finance processes.
• Support improvements to existing Xero workflows and accounting procedures.
• Assist the wider finance team with ad hoc accounting and reporting requirements.
