Job summary

24x7 Direct Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Support & Admin Support to join our remote team in the Philippines. This full-time role handles customer inquiries, follows up on leads and quotes, and manages invoices using Xero and HubSpot to keep records accurate.

You will communicate with customers by phone and email, maintain organized CRM and financial data, and work independently within fixed shifts. Bi-monthly payroll applies; laptop provided after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Experience using HubSpot required.
• Experience managing sales leads, updating pipeline records, and following up on quotes.
• Experience with Xero or similar accounting/invoicing software.
• Excellent phone, email, and customer service skills.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update the HubSpot system to track leads, quotes, customer details, and sales progress.
• Follow up on outstanding quotes and lead by phone and email to secure customer responses and identify next steps.
• Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and inbox, providing assistance and directing enquiries when needed.
• Prepare and issue invoices using Xero or similar accounting software.
• Follow up on overdue payments and maintain accurate invoice records.
• Keep customer, sales, and job records organised and up to date.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
