Responsibilities

• Interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls or the Internet per client requirements.
• Ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs.
• Clarify requirements and provide resolutions using tools and resources.
• Listen actively and build rapport with customers.
• Greet customers professionally and maintain courtesy.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products/services.
• Document and complete work accurately; update accounts.
• Assist in initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products or services where appropriate.
• Track inquiries in the call system and reference published materials as needed.
