Job summary

Concentrix Makati is hiring a Customer Service Advisor - Online. The role interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls or the Internet, delivering service and resolving routine issues per client requirements.

Responsibilities include meeting KPIs, clarifying needs, empathic listening, and professional greetings. You will maintain product knowledge, document work, and participate in initiatives to boost satisfaction and business performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced, high production environment.
• Ability to work in a team or independently.
• Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; maintain a professional tone.
• Ability to rotate shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual KPIs.
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding and provide resolution.
• Listen attentively and build rapport with the customer.
• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products/services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work including noting accounts as required.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services.
• Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database.
• Respond to inquiries by referring to published materials or more senior staff.
