Job summary

DCX PH Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Home-Based Customer Relations & Billing Coordinator to support customer communication throughout restoration projects while assisting with billing coordination, invoice tracking, and documentation.

You will collaborate with customers, project managers, the Project Coordinator, and the accounting team to ensure accurate billing and timely updates. The role offers a permanent work-from-home setup and exposure to insurance/restoration claims software.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Admin, Accounting, Finance, Communications, Customer Service, or related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years in customer relations, billing coordination, accounts receivable, or related roles.
• English: strong verbal and written communication.
• Work schedule: ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or US hours.
• Technical skills: proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook; familiarity with invoicing systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular check-ins with customers and provide project progress updates.
• Prepare and send customer invoices and track outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with project managers and accounting on costs, change orders, and balances.
• Review invoices for completeness and accuracy before submission.
• Ensure billing documentation is accurate and properly coordinated.
• Collaborate with accounting and operations to support timely resolutions.
