Job summary

DCX is seeking a Home-Based AP/AR Specialist & Customer Service Representative to support a U.S.-based office furniture company. You will process high-volume invoices, manage AR/AP, and handle customer inquiries via email on orders, billing, and account status.

The role requires 1–3 years in related fields, strong English communication, and the ability to work overnight or during US hours from the Philippines. Company equipment, internet stipend, and HMO are provided upon regularization.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in accounts payable/receivable, accounting, bookkeeping, or customer service/office role.
• Language: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions regarding invoices, payments, account balances, orders, shipping, and service needs.
• Track orders and provide updates on status, shipments, backorders, and delivery dates.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, purchasing, and internal teams to resolve billing, payment, order, and customer issues.
• Provide general customer service and administrative support, and assist with accounting and finance tasks.
