Job summary

DCX is seeking a Home-Based Accounting Specialist to support a U.S.-based hospitality client from the Philippines. You will handle day-to-day accounting tasks across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, invoice management, client billing, and collections, ensuring accurate records and timely processing.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years general accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with QuickBooks or SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of General Accounting experience or equivalent.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to work graveyard/overnight shifts in PH time or US hours.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications like Excel.

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices into Syncore or QuickBooks.
• Prepare weekly check runs based on cash flow.
• Invoice clients upon order completion and manage collections.
• Issue past-due notices and statements; assist with year-end financial statements.
• Ensure accurate posting of transactions and support executives as needed.
