DCX is seeking a Home-Based Accounts Receivable Specialist in the Philippines to support US clients. You will manage invoicing, payments, credit limits, and collections while ensuring accuracy and timely revenue recognition.

The role emphasizes strong communication and customer service within a remote setup. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 1–3 years of AR or general accounting experience, and are comfortable working overnight or within US business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable and/or General Accounting (1–3 years) preferred.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing: create and issue invoices to customers.
• Payment Processing: record customer payments via checks, cards, and EFTs.
• Credit Management: assess creditworthiness and set limits.
• Collections: follow up on overdue accounts and secure payments.
• Reconciliation and Aging: match payments to invoices and analyze AR aging.
