DCX is seeking a Home-Based Customer Relations & Billing Coordinator in the Philippines to support customer communications and billing for a US-based restoration company. You will liaise with customers, project managers, and accounting to ensure timely updates and accurate invoices.

Key duties include regular check-ins, preparing and tracking invoices, and coordinating with teams on job costs and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Communications, Customer Service or related field preferred.
• Experience in customer relations, billing coordination, accounts receivable, or administrative support valued.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work graveyard/overnight shifts aligned to US hours from the Philippines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular check-ins with customers and provide project updates.
• Prepare and send customer invoices; track outstanding balances.
• Coordinate billing details with project managers and accounting teams.
• Review invoices for completeness and accuracy before submission.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to track job costs, change orders, and supplements.
• Maintain professional, empathetic customer communications throughout restoration projects.
